I am new to SSD. Is there any tools to check every single sector/block in SSD to make sure they are good?
Also if I use HDD tools (e.g. killdisk, WD tools, etc) to do "write zeroes" in SSD, would it completely erase the whole data and safe for disposal?

No to both questions.
A possible 'maybe' to second question depending on your specific chipset, the specific SSD in question and the specific software used - but even then, most likely no.
Some manufacturers offer their own SSD tools to view/manipulate some parameters of their drives, but not down to 'every single sector/block' levels of scrutiny.
Good luck. -
Personally, I don't know why you want to check individual sector, be it HDD or SSD. All drive nowadays have their own BBR. IOW, what you see in these nice graphics showing which block is bad(I remember Norton version on DOS) is not what they are on disk as there is at least one more level of mapping going on.
