    Is it integrated in the motherboard or just in the notebook? I wish they would sell an SSD drive...

    Interesting... i wonder if its somehow integrated as well. Would be interesting to have notebooks with integrated high density storage.

    But hopefully Its not completely intergrated as it would be a pretty hot seller if those read/write speeds are true and its not a stutterer

    yeah according to the site the computer is 423,000 yen (about 4250 usd) No idea how much of that is the SSD vs the rest of the computer

    With current prices of around $1.50/GB for NAND flash, about $750 for the raw memory. Figure at least ~$1000 of that price is the SSD.

    $1000? Considering that fast 250GB SSD drives cost about that at the moment. I'd say the 512GB drive would be likely $2000+.
