Okay, i recently bought a laptop about a month ago, and have experienced problems with my screen. When their is sunglight hitting the lcd, i can see these white dots in the corner of the screen, and i have tried to get rid of them but they dont go away. They also show up when the background on my screen is black. I think i know that is not dead pixels, but are on the outside of the screen itself. They are really annoying, what should i do, anyone else get them. feel free ask for more info...NEED HELP!!!

If it is on the out side of the screen, then try to clean the screen. If it is between the glass of the LCD and the polycarbonate cover, you will have to take the screen apart/ send it to the manufacturer to get it cleaned. I would only recommend that you take the screen apart if you really know what you are doing, otherwise, just send it in. I had a the same kinda thing happen on my Zire 31, something was under the digitizer and the above the LCD, it was annoying.

Make sure you wet the towel or napkin. DO NOT wet the screen first or the water might seep down below the screen boarder.
