I have a Toshiba Equium A110 - 276 running the two slots of memory that was supplied at new (512+512 MB DDR2 RAM) I am looking to upgrade my memory to 2GB & have found the following on offer:

    Patriot 2GB PC2-5300 Signature SO-DIMM 667MHz (2x1GB)

    Cas latency CL 5
    Memory speed PC2-5300
    Memory type SO-DIMM
    Pins 200
    Size 2GB (2x1GB)

Any advice on whether this would be compatible or what would be compatible would be gratefully appreciated.
    Thanks.

Your Toshiba Equium supports a maximum of 4Gb of memory.
Your system uses 667MHz DDR2 sodimm memory (Pc5300)
That being said, each of the memory slots in your system supports a maximum of 2Gb, so you can buy a 2 x 2Gb kit of memory to give you 4 Gb of memory.

The memory you listed will work, but it will be more beneficial upgrading to 4Gb of memory.
Any of these will work with your system:
