    Toshiba A120 motherboard

    I would like to know if it's possible to buy a new motherboard for a Toshiba Satellite Pro A120? The new ones are based on Intel i945GM chipset where my current is based on ATI XPress 200M. I've checked and the models should share the same motherboard layout beside the chipset being different of course.

    Anyone who know something about this? I tried to write to Toshiba twice but they never wrote back :(

    Check Ebay. Swapping motherboards on Toshibas isn't fun, expect it to take you a few hours if you have a service manual or find an online guide.
