    I just got a Toshiba Satellite A215-S4697.
And I was wondering any upgrades I can get to make games get higher FPS such as World of Warcraft.

What graphics card does it have, how much system memory, and what processor does it have?

From their we can determine where the bottleneck is.

Most of the time you cannot upgrade your graphics card, so you may or may not be able to.
I am not familiar with that system, so I dont know if it has an MXM type gpu or not.

The Ati X1200 is an integrated graphics card, which is not upgradeable. Sorry man, there is nothing you can do to get better frame rates on that graphics card. The only thing you can do to increase graphics performance is get a second 1gb memory card for it and make sure the memory is running in dual channel, so that the graphics card can operate more efficiently. Integrated graphics cards, like the x1200 share system memory, so the faster the system memory, the better the gpu will be.
However the framerates may not be that much better with an additional 1gb of memory, but nonetheless teh framerate will increase a bit.
