    Hi All Expert

My laptop stopped entering Windows 8 and tried to recover it and Unfortunately used Toshiba Recovery Wizard which deleted all the HDD partitions. I searched the web for solutions for that but I end up with a link to purchase a new recovery iso from Toshiba site (Cost 30 Euros  ). I didnt make a recovery disk also i dont know the Product key for Windows which i found out its built in with bios.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue?

    Please

The recovery wizard didn't recover and instead deleted all your HDD partitions? Did you ask it to delete HDD partitions as that IS an option in the Toshiba recovery software?

it didn't say delete partitions its says" All Data will be deleted"
and I thought its gonna restore after that the windows 8 but its seems not :( .

I tried to install Windows 7 using UEFI Windows 7 USB but it got stuck at Windows Starting window and when i looked up for a solution for that i couldn't find any and its simply a problem with Toshiba.

If it gets stuck loading, you likely have a hardware issue. Is your laptop still under warranty?

I thought there might something wrong with the hardware but I installed Windows7 by CMS and everything works fine. But i don't know why when UEFI is enabled it wont install it just get stuck in Starting Windows logo after loading the files from the USB.

I read a thread on Toshiba forums yesterday about the solution :

Toshiba Support Forums: Can't install W7 UEFI on Satellite ...

but I didn't try yet and I don't know if it works or not.
