    Hello,
    I have Toshiba Satellite m70...
    and I want to upgrade its RAM memory..
    I'm looking for a 2 GB one that is compatible with my laptop..
    does anyone have any suggestions?

    Looks like you can use 2 x 1GB of any DDR2 memory. Most people would just go with the cheapest thing that has a lifetime warranty. Speed doesn't matter especially in your case, since your machine doesn't support anything faster than PC4200 in the first place.

    Don't buy one(1) 2GB stick, you have to buy two(2) 1GB DDR2 SO-DIMM modules. As the bigger 2GB sticks probably won't be compatible as your notebook has 2 slots which will fit 1GB in each.
