    hi looking to buy a Toshiba p100 core solo T1300 processor 1.66GHz & want to know if i can upgrade the cpu to a core duo?

    If you mean buy choosing the Core Duo at the customization screen on Toshiba's website, then it is possible. If you mean you personally taking the laptop apart and installing it yourself, yes it is possible, but will void the warrenty.
