    Touchpad and launch buttons malfunctioning

    Sorry that I already posted this over at the Toshiba section but I thought I'd get some more replies over here.

    Just a couple of days ago, the media and quick launch buttons to the right of my keyboard were working just fine and now just don't work anymore.

    Also, my touchpad works fine, I can move the mouse around no problem, but it won't work with Toshiba's Touch and Launch Program. When I go into the program to the touchpad setting and try to adjust the touch pad sensing area, the program doesn't get any response when it asks me to touch all the corners of the touchpad when this worked just perfectly about a month ago.

    I haven't done anything drastic to the computer, other than one system restore and installing and removing a lot of programs. Whats wrong with my machine? :( :( :(

    Did you try driver/application reinstall?
