Hi. I'm having issues with my touchpad even after tweaking the settings in the control panel. There is a general lack of responsiveness, especially with scrolling and single taps. Everything works, but just not as conveniently as I would expect. Is there a driver that I should install, considering this is a brand new laptop? Thanks.

Check your touch pad's driver version in device manager, then go to the dell site and see if you have the latest drivers.

since the laptop is new (and still under warranty) you'll be better by getting Dell to fix it.
