I'd like to upgrade RAM on my P7230 to 2GB.. and am not sure which brand to buy.. I read the topics where people say brand is not important, but other people also say that Fujitsu laptops do not always accept RAM by generic manufacturers, so I thought maybe should I buy the one that is recommended on their website which is this one: http://www.memory...TS2GFJ219.html ?

Looks like a good price, but it's made by Transcend which looks like not the best brand? The 2GB stick is the maximum possible for my laptop, that's why I really want to buy a good one as I won't be changing it later.

Should I go with the Transcend one, or should I maybe try other manufacturers? Thanks..

I've been using one of those modules for nearly 3 months. When I bought it, it was the cheapest 2GB module in the UK (but more expensive than now) and I was happy to go for Transcend because I had been using a 1GB Transcend module for the previous year.
