I turned OFF the Sigma Tel High Definition dual microphone array (as want to use my laptop as a music recording device, adn the inbuilt microphone was picking up ambient sound in the room).

    I did this through Contril Panel/Audio Devices/Sound recognition Options/SOund recording/Microphone Array Properties

Microphone Array Properties had two settings - Device Usage - Use this Device and Don't use this Device.

I ticked Don't use this Device, and duly lost the extraneous noise as wanted to my recording input. However, how would I turn this microphone array back on to be able to amke internet calels etc? Under Sound Recordings, The Microphone Array properties is no longer visible so I cannot set it to "Use this device". How do I get it back?
