Yes, we could link you to many. Please narrow your request. Are you looking for a USB TV Tuner or a CardBus or Express Card? If you want USB, do you want portable or non-portable? What will you be using it for?

Indeed, what do you mean about resolution, are you looking for a TV tuner that can deal with HD, given that regular TV just isn't broadcast in that high res (regular TV if I recall is about 800x600 or so).

I just bought a Pinnacle PCTV HD Stick Pro 800e @ Fry's for $130 and a 30 dollar MIR. I have Vista, so now I need to figure out how to install it.

Alternately, I'm pretty sure there has been a review of a USB stick somewhere here. I'll go dig it and edit this post.

If you are looking for PCI, find an ATI Theater 650 based card.

I am looking for an express card tv tuner and there only seems to be 2 out there. An HP one and a avertv one. Notebook I am getting only has an express card slot so I am kind of stuck.

    Are more coming out?

More may come out, but I doubt it will be anytime soon. Besides, Avermedia is the leader in CardBus and ExpressCard based TV tuners.
