We'll I was probably one of the first here to have the notebook 320GB Samsung HD, the test is complete. The drive is failing hard and the support for this drive, which I got from Dell is non-existent. Went to Samsung's site and their RMA inquiries basically says contatct your reseller(Dell). Dell kept me on hold for 20mins and then after talking to their rep from India(I think, Edmonton is who I talked to before, Dell cut them) he transferred me to product tech support(or what ever) and was on hold over 1 hour, I gave up and came here.

-Samsung Spinpoint M6 owners can start to expect their drives to start failing, so under 3 years is your expected life span under proper use; by proper use I mean never really turning your laptop off very much.
-The clicking sound finally caught up to this drive.

If Samsung would like to have this drive back in its failing state, feel free to msg me. Maybe the issue is something else and not being a flaky product.
