So I updated my fingerprint software to the protector suite ql version (I think that's what it's called).
I like the new interface better BUT
Sometimes after putting my computer to sleep and then waking it up, the fingerprint reader can't be found.
I get this error message that says "Fingerprint reader device cannot be found"
My protector suite system tray icon also turns grey because of this.
But after a few more sleeps, the fingerprint reader will start working again

When I check the driver, windows says that it's working correctly

I've uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it already but that fixed the problem for about a day because then this problem just came back.

    It's really annoying..any ideas? I have a m1330

    Thanks
