Had anyone used something like this?
http://www.amazon.com/Keyspan-US-4A-4-Port-Server-Mbps/dp/B0001NA3L2
This device serves up to 4 devices at 12Mbps.
I may want something similar to this in the near future, though this particular device only goes up to 12Mbps...I'd like to see at least double that in available bandwidth though.
Now, I also found this?
http://www.amazon.com/SILEX-TECHNOL...ef=pd_lpo_k2_dp_k2a_2_txt/104-3436470-1617554
It costs less, but only serves one device over a network. But the good news is that it also can transmit at up to 100Mbps, but my WiFi network is 54Mbps only. However, I only need about 24Mbps anyway so I don't care![]()
I've also considered wireless USB, but the lowest price I can find for a WUSB hub is $200![]()
Correction...I found this for less!

I am curious on know how they operate ?
I am assuming they have their own "virtual usb hub" driver which my immediate concern would be, how mature is the driver and does it have vista driver ? -
what exactly are they?? Are they basically USB hubs with an in-built Ethernet networking card that plug into the USB port?
USB Servers?
