I've been using the Turtle Beach AMIGO USB soundcard for several months now. I'm very happy w/the sound quality and portability of this, but there is one problem that's been bugging me from the start.

Basically, every so often when in use, the audio suddenly begins to snap, crackle, and pop all over the place. The music still plays in time, but it's disturbed by this popping/crackling! It won't stop until I STOP the media, and then RE-START the media. Then it goes away for awhile, until it starts again.

I know it's the soundcard, due to the fact that it only happens when using it. I've tried every suggestion in the TB knowledgebase here

Still makes the crackle... Now.. I even contacted support, and they never got back to me (apparently they don't have phone support either). I believe it's a problem with my hardware not working properly with the drivers/software. Maybe someone here may have a clue... Let me know if you do. Thanks.
