I ordered a wd hdd from newegg and I got it today. It's the first hdd I get to hold in my hands and when I turn it around it does like some noises, like stuff is loose inside the package. It's still sealed in the plastic bag. Is there anything that is suppose to shake inside that?

Yes, it is. There should be a label on the hard disk that states that such small rattling noises are normal.
