    Okay, I have tons of unallocated Space on DISK 0 (Holds C:\)
    How do i go about Expanding C:\? Do i Format the unallocated space then Expand C?

    You need to Partition It. ;)


    See HERE for Vista (You'll want to go to Expand Volume, and to it the most you can.)

    See HERE for XP (Go to Expand Volume and do same as above)
