    Hey guys,

I read the under volting threads for M series processors, but I am wondering if I can do the same for my Pentium 4?

    Thanks

Well, only if it is a mobile P4 and supports Speedstep. Even then it will be of little use as the P4 has only 2 speedstepings which cannot be changed/altered.

You could try though, RM Clock or Crystal CPUID both can be used for undervolting and do basically the same job as CHC.
