    Hi!

I know it is weird that a lot of people want to overclock, while I want to underclock. I need to underclock in order to reduce the heat, and to prevent my laptop from turning itself off. And I need to stay at lower speed until I get my new laptop.
    I don't know how to underclock a Pentium 4 HT (3.2 GHz)
There's no such menu in BIOS.

You will have to underclock in windows. You need to use RMClock to undervolt. Lowering the actual clock is slightly more difficult since I dont think the P4 you got underclocks automatically. If it does then great. If not use need to use something like SetFSB.

Best option though would be to just open up your notebook and clean out the dust. Buy a cooling pad for it as well.
