Can it be done??? Thinking about underclocking when mobile (probably want power to be roughly equal to integrated graphics) to create somewhat of a "stamina mode."

yes, it probally does it automatically. Nvidia cards have powermizer which should downclock the card when mobile. Download the latest beta of AtiTool (it supports nvidia cards) and try unplugging your notebook from AC, it will probally change the clocks displayed in AtiTool, If not you can change them yourself in AtiTool.

yes you underclock, maybe with omega drivers. You have to try Nvidia Omega 66.?? from omegadrivers.net.

Those drivers are so old though, LV2G has 91.xx so why does omega have 66.xx?

I wouldnt worry about it. Your CPU and GpU both automatically underclock when your mobile to save power. You dont need to do anything because it already does it for you.
