    Successfully UVed my laptop from 1.25 to 1. Is it possible to UV a GeForce 9500M GS?

    i reckon he uv his cpu, now looking for a way to uv his gpu
    anyway the nvidia drivers do it by themselves (well at least downclocking)

    I believe GPUs undervolt (?!) (or downclock) themselves automatically. You can check out RivaTuner if there is any such option to do so.

    The GPU works differently than CPU, you can't really do anything about it other than shutting off Windows Aero or other hardware solutions such as replacing the thermal pad inside, between the video card and heatsink.

    You can undervolt the gpu the same way you undervolt a cpu using NiBiTor (nvidia bios editor)

    I can only recommend it to super advanced users as there are serious risks when modifying a BIOS.

    Besides youll only cool off about 3-5c
