I`ve this card (DELL PR80-C M4000) installed in my laptop (it`s specs are in my signature). Drivers are from 7770M from amd.com. Everything works. But, in summer my laptop always is overheating, even after back cover is removed, CPU/GPU repasted with AS5, VRAM and VRM modules are cooled by 11W/mk2 cooling thermal pads. And the fan is controlled by AcFanControl.
So, my X9100 (C0 stepping, sadly) is undervolted to 1.0875V - works perfect and stable. I`ve tried to undervolt M4000 using MSI afterburner and RivaTuner, but have had no success.
Have anyone successfully undervolted M4000/7770M?

You probably need to mod your vBIOS and lower the voltages there and flash the modded vBIOS.... That's a bit dangerous as your laptop might not boot if voltages are too low...

I`ve tried to download the vBIOS using some tools (GPU-Z, RBidor, AtiTools and so on), but none of them managed to downloaded modifiable vBIOS file.

Your vBIOS is likely part of the system BIOS.

Try with atiflash under DOS. After that Prema or svl7 are your best bet. Good luck.
