    as the thread title, suggests, does the 6th generation skylake architecture's non-K SKU processors support undervolting with intel XTU? I know the previous generation did, but my ivy bridge 3610 doesn't. :(

    edit: to clarify, im talking specifically about mobile skylake processors, not desktop

    FIVR was removed on Skylake, so maybe not. Wait a little longer and you'll know for sure.

    Anandtech was able to undervolt the desktop chips but that doesn't necessarily mean the mobile chips will support it.

    The i7-6700k desktop does support undervolting.

    Interesting, although will all the K-series desktop features with voltage control make it onto mobile?
