When I tried to clone my hard drive to new hard drive using Acronis it failed, now I am trying to uninstall it but when I do that from Add/Remove Programs in Vista, it asks for a reboot and freezes. Could someone please help me. I have done 3 repairs already.

I had got the same problem with "Acronis Migrate Easy"
So I used "Clonezilla" instead - which by the way works like a charm -, but now I can't get rid of Migrate Easy.
Did you find a way?
Thank you in advance. -
You can find the steps for uninstalling here: http://us1.download.acronis.com/sl/...akksya1EsOkC54/p/pdf/MigrateEasy7.0_ug.en.pdf

That's the usual way to uninstall a programm...nothing special.
In the case of Migrate Easy it leads to crashing the whole computer during the boot process. (just as you described it in your prior postings above...) -
Try the removal instruction by "Alexander" in his post:

None of those tips (acronis forum) worked in my case
Even using windows' system recovery to set the computer back to the prior state, before installing acronis, didn't work without crashing...
Accepting the loss of one work-week (with various Software configuration) I simply played back an old system-image.
Sometimes going the "hard way" without using comfy, clicki-bunti tools like the Acronis ones, is in the end way more painless...
have a good day
