    you can only upgrade if your laptop has an MXM interface.

    Your notebook seems to have Integrated Graphics A.T. this link. So, as said - an upgrade is not possible.

    Possible, if there is a discrete graphics model for that notebook, but it might cost a fortune....so, better of buying a new notebook !!
