GeForce 690 for single card. Its around 1000€.

What are the other specs of the machine. You gotta make sure your PSU can get enough watts to the GPU as well as Volts. PSU´s usualy being shiped with a 620m arent that good and havent got that much of a ceiling for a good GPU. What is your budget etc we could help you a little more if you give us more info

    what PSU?
THe 3770 is very nice :) No GPU will be bottlenecked by that one so that wont be an issue

Check the specs of your machine maybe. Otherwise open your computer and just check. It sometimes says the watts it does manufactorer and model. PSU is going to be tricky as i suspect something that cannot handle any good GPU.

    Not really.

You should be able to open up the case (ground yourself first) and look on the PSU itself. There will usually be two labels on it: one will have the model name (say, Corsair Builders CX500) and the other will have a table of values that'll tell you how many amps / watts each voltage rail can output.

AH making use of the discounts now. Dont see anything on theire site might be sold out. I suspect a pretty poor and small PSU  I dont think you could get much more than you got now. Noway you could get something like a 660, 670 or 680 (or AMD equivalent) in your computer. Just get the model you got and then we could say something about the max GPU it could have.

edit: For almost 100€ you could get a good PSU as well. So you might want to replace your current one. What is your budget for the upgrade?

    how many watts?

And what is your budget? You could replace the PSU with a better one capable of running those good cards.

350W isn't enough power for any kind of considerable upgrade. You would have to upgrade the power supply first in order to handle a better graphics card.
