    Hi
    i wanted to ask what RAM can match with my Toshiba M100?
    My RAM currently is 512MB.
    Also is it easy to upgrade the RAM? im afraid im not capable of doing it.
    oh yeah its Toshiba Sattelite M100
    and also im going to change my laptop february next year so i dont want to spend much money only for the RAM

    You can use up to 2GB of DDR1 memory of any speed. 2 x 1GB is probably your best bet, but I think 1GB DDR1 DIMMs are disproportionately expensive for the capacity compared to 512MB DDR1 DIMMs.
