No, I'm afraid replacing the video card in your notebook, as in most consumer notebooks, is quite impossible.

It is a relatively simple task to add more memory. Simply hop over to Newegg and find the type that matches your notebook (probably 200-pin PC2700 SODIMM). You'll need two 512MB sticks or alternatively 1 1GB stick (for 1.25GB of RAM total).

Also, your notebook should hvae an S-Video port which can be used to hook it up to most modern TVs, if you want to view your laptops screen on the TV. If you want to watch TV on your laptop, you'll need something called a TV Tuner. ATi's TV USB Wonder 2.0 is a popular such device.

Yes, it is easy to upgrade the memory. There's a door on the bottom of the notebook - just unscrew it, and put in the memory module (you may have to take a module out if there is one in there). I did it on my zv5000.

I'd take lowlymarine's advice and get an ATi TV USB Tuner.

And, unfortunatley, your video card is integrated, and it cannot be upgraded.
