    Hey, I would like to know if this upgrade is possible on all laptops that have the yonah duo core processor in them ?

    depends on what laptop you are thinking about. most simply require a new BIOS revision. Whether this voids your warranty depends on the individual machine. It's not possible on some laptops-macbooks and the x60 come to mind--I believe these chips are soldered onto the motherboard.
