I would like to buy 5400 rpm Hitachi hdd but i dont know what to buy because of ATA-6,ATA-7,ATA-100,ATA-133,S-ATA !I dont have any idea about these.What kind of 2.5" hdd i must buy?

Can't really tell on the internet. You should just take a look at your HDD, should be written on there.

There's no need to open your computer. Device Manager will give the the model number of your HDD. Then Google that model number to find the full specification.

Yes, get anything which is not SATA (serial ATA - which has a different connector).
What used to be called ATA may now be referred to as IDE or PATA (parallel ATA). but your ATA-100 or ATA-133 are fine.

In theory, 16MB cache should give better performance but I don't think it will be a big difference.
