Hello everyone, I was putting together a laptop today, and I stumbled upon the NVidia GeForce 8400M GS graphics card on HP dv6500t, I was curious if I could just buy a single 8400M GS graphics chip and replace the Integrated video chip of HP dv6000z or dv6000t. Will the GeForce fit in there? Is it compatible with the 6000's? (8400M GS is found in dv6500t)

Nope, they are soldered on, you'll need to buy the whole motherboard. And since the dv6500 has more ports, you'll need to buy a new chassis as well, so it's definitely out of the question.
