Tommorow I am picking up one of these laptops and was wondering how flexible these were in terms of upgrading I have already bought some more RAM for it would like to upgrade the screen at some point and possibly the gpu if possible, I'm not to worried about the cpu atm, heres the spec:
I5 460
4gb RAM
460m Gtx gfx
1376x768 screen
And before anyone says save up and buy a better laptop, I build websites and need a laptop to make money after my old one died

You should still not pay a whole lot for that laptop. Its an old model. Check out some of the new generation MSI laptops, 2 generations newer now:
MSI Barebone Notebooks And Fully Customizable MSI G Series Notebooks
You can upgrade everything in all of these models, they do seem to support the 7970m. -
Wow, laptops are definately cheaper in the US than over here, mine wasnt much less than a few of those, anyway the upgrability looks good, I take it they have mxm then, I know the 460m gtx is quite old now and will I'll probably be looking to upgrade it to 7970 or similar, ideally I'd like to sli it but I'm guessing that's impossible on a single gpu laptop (apologies if my q's are dumb I'm new to all this)

Yeah, to use SLI you'd have to get an m17x r2 or a Clevo x7200 or something.
Just an FYI the big deal with the newer models is the Sandy Bridge 2nd gen chipset... the processors are a LOT more powerful and give you a LOT better battery life.
