Hello, I bought the screen AUO (B173ZAN01.0) (screen helios 500 4k) to replace my screen. Fhd 144hz (B173HAN03.1) I think that the connector is compatible only in FHD even if it is 40 pins ... Here is an image of the screen in hwinfo64 and an image of the map connected to the screen.

    Thank you for your help.

I guess you haven't tried connecting it? Both screens have (according to panelook.com ) a 40 pin connector with 4 eDP lanes so it should be compatible without changing the cable, note however than the information on that site seem to be entered by sellers and aren't always 100% correct.

Edit: OK I got it wrong, you have connected it and can't get it to work in 4k right? Then perhaps the panelook data was wrong and the 144Hz screen only use two eDP lanes... If so you may have to find and replace the display cable with one intended for a 4k Helios 500.

Edit 2: Looked for it and confirmed there are two types of display cables for the Helios 500 so that's seem to be it. :( Usually not that hard to replace though just being boring and taking time.

@Megol Hi, it is possible that the motherboard is different also because if I change the cable lcd and the motherboard is also different it's more the same thing ...

Sorry for the late response! I don't believe that anyone would make two models of a motherboard for different screens as the only difference on them would be 4 extra wires to the cable connector and those wires are zero cost on the motherboard. The only difference in the motherboards listed on zandparts is the processor model which makes special motherboards for 4k/UHD screens very unlikely.
