    Hi
I currently have a M15X, standard CD/DVD RW drive that doesn't burn disks

So i asked Dellalienware: instead of replaceing my drive how much would it cost to upgrade to the BluRay Drive...80GBP they said!
Now whatdo you guy's rekon to this CnM Blu Ray Slim External Drive Electronics | Zavvi.com if i get this, will it be any good?, as i can then install a SSD as my main drive then put my 320GB HDD in my CD bay for extra storage.

    Any thoughts....

    regards

    james

I have a Dell that quit burning discs. Stumbled upon the following and was able to restore full functionality. Not sure if it's applicable to your machine, but I would have been bummed to buy a new ODD only to find it didn't work either...
