So I upgraded my harddrive recently and now WinXP Random Reboots / Computer Hangs.

I tried using the Seagate Tools but it does not find any problems with it. I tried formatting and reformating the drive but the problem persists afterwards. So I am wondering what else could be the problem? These problems began when the drive was replaced, which is why I am assuming it is the drive? If I tried to RMA, do you think they will actually send me a new hd? or just send it back?

Because I can't replicate this at will, it just happens randomly sometimes every couple hours, sometimes days..

You ran HD Tune, no? Could try re-seating the drive, something may not be making proper contact.
