Ok I want to get a new HD since they've come out with cool new ones (faster and denser) but I'm confused as to which interface I need. Everywhere I look on my laptop (ie the device manager) I see IDE. But I don't even see any IDE HDDs for sale (like at new egg). I'm not sure exactly what hard drive I have, but I looked up the device's number (ST9160821AS) and I got this:

    http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/products/laptops/momentus/momentus_5400.3/

It says SATA, but allover my computer i see IDE "controllers"

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, THANKS
