    Hi,

So I am simply not satisfied with only a 256gig SSD that came default with the laptop, I need and want some more space to work with but I'm not sure if this laptop can add another hard drive. What I'm planning to do is to add either another terabyte or a 500 gig HD but I don't know if this laptop has the physical space to do it. So I was wondering if someone could tell me that I can do this upgrade.

    Thanks.

The Asus UX31A uses an mSATA SSD hard drive and doesn't have room for a regular sized laptop hard drive. You could add an external USB 3.0 hard drive.
