    Hello all

First, I have read and viewed taking apart the G73 chasis and feel comfortable through the whole process.

My question is if these are simply plug and play?

I have the latest 205 bios and everything is working great right now.
My only concern is that my current bios doesnt allow for any processor adjustments and not sure if people typically run a custom or different bios with the different processor.

Anyone go through this process and have any light to shine and help me out?

Yep, plug and play. When you first load windows after the upgrade, it'll ask for a reboot, but that's it.

good to hear, I am a big reader on the forum, not so much a poster

I see you have chastity vBios... so that is your video bios only? do you still run asus bios with your 920xm?

Yes, of course, no modded bios, stock Asus bios. I use the latest for the G73JH which is 213, just use the latest for the JW.
