I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 with 1Gb RAM (which was recently upgraded from 512Mb.
My current graphics card is an internal, Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME. This is a 64Mb card. It plays World of Warcraft just fine. However, I recently purchased Fable, and it will load the game, but the graphics are all screwed up.
Can I upgrade my graphics card? Can I do it externally? I don't want something extremly expensive, just a nice upgrade that will play games like WoW and Fable smoothly for me with my 1Gb RAM and Pentium 4.
Thanks.

Nope. you're stuck with what you have. There are no external graphics cards currently in existence. Your only choice is to get a different laptop with a much better graphics card or buy a basic desktop that can be cheaply upgraded for heavy 3d gaming.
