    I am looking for the best ram pc2-6400 800mhz a 2gbmodule. Its for my studio 15. So is dell system picky.
    what is the best on this page. Your help is apreciated. Oh i forgot to mention that i am mixing ram because i have a 2gb stick and a 1 gb stick but I want to remove the 1 gb stick and put in the NEW 2gb stick

    You can get the cheapest thing on that list. It will work fine; recent Dell systems don't seem to be particularly picky.

    I would like the one with the best performance. Also is there ones with heatskinks to keep the heatdown.

    There will be no noticeable performance difference between any of these dimms. You can look for products with lower timings, but any improvement in performance will only show up in benchmarks. And they will still be miniscule. Laptop memory modules don't naturally get hot enough to require heatspreaders; they are a marketing gimmick and may make the dimms too thick to fit in your laptop.

    okay thanks but what would you pick. I want quality and some of those brands are kind of new. I know cosair and i think kingston are good

    I would honestly pick the cheapest thing on that list. Not only is it the cheapest item, it's also made by Crucial, so you can't really go wrong. I mean, if you have your own brand preference, you can spend an extra dollar or two to get the Kingston, Patriot, or OCZ, but I really wouldn't bother.
