I do not know if everyone here is familiar with Tablet PC's but, I am planning to buy a Gateway C141x Refurbished for $600. Everything about it suits me pretty well (8 Hour Battery life with 12 cell, pretty fast, less then 10 pounds, etc), except its a 14" Screen, yet it only has WXGA.

Now, the other 14" Tablet, the Toshiba R25 Tablet has a WXGA+ Screen. Would it be possible to order a R25 Tablet screen and put it on the Gateway? Or can you only use screens of the same brand?
