You can upgrade your memory, HD, and CPU. The graphics card cannot be changed. Max your memory, and pick up a 7200 HD and you shuld see a perforance boost. What is you current cpu, HD and memory?

I'd start with the memory and hard drive. You'll get the most bang there.

Like ZaZ said, the best bang for the buck is upgrading the HD and memory.

What's the make and model of your lappy? Is the cpu a celeron? You may be able to upgrade it to a Pentium M.
