    Hello,

i'd like to know if it's possible to change my graphic card in my laptop.
for now, it is an intel graphic media accelerator x3100 (i think one of the weakest video hardware for nowadays laptops)

i read of mxm changeable graphic cards for laptops, but i don't know if my laptop's graphic card is upgradable.

    thanks for any reply.

Internally no, its soldered to the motherboard

That's an external solution though, isn't it?
From what Ihear they don't achieve the same performance.

Also, I'm not sure what happens if you wanted to GPU accelerate Photoshop...

But for normal use the X3100 is fine - its only games were Intel cards are bad.
(and Photoshop CS4 GPU acceleration... possibly other GPU accelerated stuff that is performance based too)
