    Is it possible to upgrade the hard drive of my Toshiba P100? If so, how/where to buy? I need a decent 7200 rpm hard drive.

    I don't see why not. Your two choices are Hitachi and Seagate for 7200RPM drives.

    Are there many options/sizes? Or is it one size fits all (on laptops)?

    You need to buy a 2.5" SATA hard drive, not ATA, those have different connection.
