    Hi friends

I am having a "Great Quality (GQ)" laptop and it's model number is RX-7333. I am not having any usermanual for this because it was given to me by one of friends after using it for a while.

The current memory is 256K, and I am looking to upgrade it to 512K. I bought the memory, but not finding any option to put it in. I found only two openings at the rear of the laptop, one for the HDD and the other one is battery.

If anybody know how to open the memory slot and put the new module in, please help me. I will be grateful if I can get a response as early as possible.

    Thanks & Regards

    Sujith

It looks like you only have one memory slot. So, to upgrade the memory you need to buy a 512, or 1gig memory sodimm, instead of adding another stick of memory. Here is spec page for you laptop.

Yeah, but I think he's trying to find the memory slot on it.

Yes after re-reading it, I see he is looking for the memory slot. If there is no apparent panel on the backside, then it may be under the keyboard.

That's what I was thinking. One of mine is under the keyboard. Bad Toshiba. :p

    Hi Friends

Thank you all for your support and it worked. I could find the memory slot underneath the keyboard.

Thanks a lot for guiding me through.
