    I just bought a T60 with a Intel Core Duo 1.83 GHz processor. I really like it and I'm very happy with it.

    I was just thinking, is it even possible to upgrade the processor to a Core 2 Duo without having to upgrade/change anything else ? Or what will it take to upgrade the processor to Core 2 Duo ?

    Not that I will do it but I was just curious as my perception of notebooks are that they're (more or less) diffucult to upgrade.

    You might need a BIOS flash to do this.
