DDR2 4200/4300 200Pin SODIMM, find the lowest CL, your FSB is 533Mhz 4200/4300 is the fastest supported speed.

The normal CL for 4200/4300 is 4, is there faster? I would guess yes but I would go with 4 for stability reasons and if you pay more for lower your BIOS and MoBo might just kick it back down to 4.
